AltaMed Health Services Corp. is hiring a Dental Assistant to support dentists and dental hygienists in delivering primary dental care at clinics or mobile oral health units. The role also handles sterilization, instrument and supply preparation and inventory, and infection control in patient-care areas. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, board-approved Dental Practice Act and X-ray/infection-control coursework, BLS certification, and potentially a California driver's license and DOJ/FBI clearance for mobile-unit assignments. Bilingual English/Spanish and accredited dental-assisting coursework are preferred. Compensation is $25.00 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
