DOCS Health is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant to provide on-site dental care in collaboration with a dentist at contracted county jails in New Mexico. The role includes room setup and breakdown, sterilization, x-ray processing, four-handed dentistry, and work with portable or mobile equipment. Applicants need dental assistant program graduation or on-the-job training, at least one year of dental assisting experience, active x-ray certification, CPR/BLS, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, strong communication and organizational skills, and willingness to travel. The position offers supplemental income and public-health experience.
