Description
Ventura Endodontics is hiring a Dental Assistant to support a busy specialty dental practice. The role includes welcoming and preparing patients, setting up instruments and supplies, sterilizing instruments, assisting with four-handed dentistry, providing oral hygiene and post-operative instructions, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, assisting with payment, and supporting office operations. The position requires at least 1–2 years of dental assistant experience, knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization, regulated non-surgical task ability, computer and communication skills, a high school diploma, and relevant state credentials where required. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a base pay range of $23–$25 USD.
