The Dental Assistant Coordinator - Mobile Unit is responsible for coordinating activities related to the Mobile Dental Unit program and outreach initiatives. This includes serving as a liaison with external agencies, supporting the delivery of dental care services in both the Dental Clinic and community-based settings using portable dental equipment. The role involves safe transport, setup, operation, and breakdown of portable equipment, assisting dentists and dental hygienists during clinical procedures, and performing patient registration duties. Frequent travel using a personal vehicle is required to transport equipment and supplies to various offsite locations.
