Milan Institute is hiring a Dental Assistant Instructor to teach and mentor students in a dental assistant program. The role includes classroom lectures, laboratory demonstrations, clinical-rotation supervision, student assessment, curriculum development, and career guidance. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of clinical dental-assisting experience, strong dental-assisting knowledge, communication skills, and computer skills; current dental-assisting certification or licensure is preferred but not required. The schedule is Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with a $2,000 signing bonus and benefits including group health insurance, a 401(k), employee stock ownership, paid time off, and holiday pay.
