Preferred Dental of Cromwell is hiring Dental Assistants for full-time and part-time clinical roles in Cromwell, Connecticut. The position involves chairside assistance, instrument preparation, digital x-ray processing, sterilization, recordkeeping, patient education, inventory support, and coordination with providers. Compensation is $23–$27 per hour plus monthly incentive bonuses, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement matching, life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, and paid holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent, dental assistant program credential, current Connecticut credentials, CPR certification, and at least two years of dental office experience are preferred; Dentrix and specialist-assisting experience are also advantageous.
