Primary Dental is hiring a full-time Dental Coordinator in Toowoomba to lead dentists and dental assistants and support exceptional patient care. The role includes chairside dental assistance, patient advice, instrument reprocessing and sterilisation, telephone enquiries, patient booking, administrative support, and compliance with organisational procedures. Previous chairside dental experience and a Cert III in Dental Assisting or three or more years of dental assisting experience are preferred, along with strong communication, a positive attitude, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
