The role independently manages clinic organization, administrative processes, staff scheduling, cost estimates, treatment and cost plans, billing under BEMA and GOZ using Dampsoft, quality and hygiene compliance, and complaints management. Candidates need proven practice-management experience, knowledge of practice structures and billing systems, personnel-coordination skills, and ideally Dampsoft experience; the posting also offers continuing education, set working hours, and pay above the collective agreement level.
