Diamond Braces is hiring a full-time Dental Receptionist, also described as a Sales Specialist, to serve as the first point of contact for orthodontic patients. The role combines customer service, relationship building, consultative sales, treatment explanations, pricing and payment discussions, objection handling, consultation closing, scheduling support, and collaboration with clinical and office teams. No prior dental experience is required, but strong communication, adaptability, and a customer-facing background are preferred. The position pays $19–$23 per hour plus performance bonuses, offers health, dental, and vision benefits, and requires evening availability and some Saturdays.
