Gloss Dental Converse Smiles, part of Community Dental Partners, is hiring a full-time Dentist for its San Antonio–Converse practice in San Antonio, Texas. The role is conducted in person at a solo-doctor, fully digital family-practice office with front-office and clinical support staff, four operatories, and an in-practice hygienist. The position is open to new graduates and experienced dentists, with mentorship, continuing education, clinical autonomy, guaranteed base pay, production potential, a sign-on bonus, malpractice insurance, healthcare benefits, and flexible schedules.
