Description
The Dentist provides general dentistry and directly supervises dental assistants and hygienists. Responsibilities include patient care, compliance with DPH, OSHA, and Dental Association regulations, departmental protocols, productivity standards, meetings, and confidential handling of sensitive information. The role requires a DDS or DMD, full or limited Massachusetts dental licensure, a Massachusetts Controlled Substance certificate and DEA, CPR certification, at least three years of professional experience in the United States or Massachusetts, and English proficiency; public health experience is preferred.
