The role offers complete autonomy over treatment planning, a full patient schedule, mentoring from experienced clinicians, and discretion over supplies and instruments. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, an up-to-$50,000 sign-on bonus, and average compensation of $275,000-$315,000+. A current or future dental license and a DDS/DMD from an accredited United States dental program are required.
