Dental Dreams is recruiting a dentist for a full-time clinical practice offering autonomy over treatment planning, a full patient schedule, digital and paperless office operations, and mentorship from experienced clinicians. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, a $25,000+ sign-on bonus, 30% of production, and average full-time dentist compensation of $290,000-$350,000+. Applicants must have a current or future dental license and a DDS/DMD from an accredited United States dental program.
