Management & Training Corporation is hiring a full-time Dentist for the Graceville Correctional Facility in Panama City, Florida. The role provides direct diagnostic and treatment services to inmates, including preventive, restorative, endodontic, minor oral surgical, exodontic, and prosthodontic care; supervises dental hygienists and technicians; coordinates clinic operations; maintains records; participates in inmate education; and supports emergency and accreditation functions. The position requires a DDS or DMD degree, a Florida dental license, DEA controlled-substance registration, current CPR certification, and a valid Florida driver's license; two years of general clinical practice is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
