Primera is hiring a Rocky Mountain Regional Director to lead its local facilities engineering team and regional office. The role combines business development, strategic planning, project delivery and management, regional objectives, client relationships, proposal and cost-review support, resource allocation, project budgets, quality and project-delivery governance, and talent development. Candidates need at least ten years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and a professional engineering license; a master’s degree or mechanical engineering focus is preferred. The position offers a $110,000-$150,000 salary, benefits including a 401K match and employee stock ownership, flexible scheduling, and other employee benefits.
