Description
The NYC Department of Finance is hiring a Deputy Director of Data Modernization & Exemption Analytics for its Property Modeling and Research Group. Reporting to the Senior Director, the role leads exemption analysis for SCHE, DHE, and SCRIE/DRIE; supervises direct reports; manages modeling workflows for office and industrial properties; develops analytical tools and internal data products; improves reproducible workflows; supports assessment operational projects; and prepares technical documentation. The position may be eligible for remote work up to two days per week and requires a master's degree in an appropriate field plus the specified research or supervisory experience.
