Description
The part-time Outreach Department Assistant provides library assistance to patrons at assigned outreach facilities, including circulation, reference, program planning, material selection and shelving, reading-room support, inventory, data collection, and public-service instruction. The role reports to the Department Head of Outreach Services, pays $13.00 per hour, and requires qualification for Librarian Certificate 6, a high school diploma or GED, and either five years of library experience or nine semester hours of required library science courses.
