EWOR is hiring a Department Founder to lead and execute 0-to-1 initiatives in emerging domains such as Space Tech. The role involves translating strategic vision into execution roadmaps, architecting scalable solutions, driving critical milestones, and building the new department for rapid growth and potential institutional backing. The founder will report directly to the department founder, collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders, and be based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocation and remote arrangements. The position requires a high-agency builder mindset, proven domain expertise, and excellent English communication skills, with competitive compensation and equity upside.
