Huber Metalltechnik GmbH is hiring a Department Head (Cutting) for permanent full-time employment in Waltenhofen, Germany. The role leads the cutting department, coordinates CNC and manual cutting employees, programs and optimizes machines, controls production and material flow, manages tools and maintenance, and collaborates with production planning and other manufacturing areas. Candidates need technical vocational training in the metal sector, several years of cutting or comparable production experience, CNC programming experience, and a forklift license; experience with Trumpf machines and further training toward Meister or Techniker is preferred.
