Description
The Beamten Housing Association is hiring a Department Head for Technology to lead its technical division covering maintenance, modernization, new construction, property management, service providers, budgeting, strategic investment planning, and energy- and climate-appropriate housing development. The role manages approximately 19 employees, reports to the Technical Board, and requires an engineering or equivalent degree, several years of construction project management experience, knowledge of German construction and contract law, leadership ability, and a class B driver’s license.
