Description
The Area Lead for Maintenance is responsible for training, coaching, and supervising hourly crafts personnel, Maintenance Supervisors, and technical support staff while directing maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment, coordinating preventive maintenance and outages, managing work procedures and labor issues, and driving reliability and safety improvements. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of industrial, electrical, technical, or mechanical experience in heavy manufacturing, and at least three years of supervisory experience. It is based at Cleveland Operations, involves shop-floor and office work, and requires availability for weekends and 24/7 coverage when necessary.
