Description
Department Manager responsible for the smooth operation of assigned store departments, including merchandise availability, ordering and receiving, merchandising, displays, product rotation, department standards, customer service, and supporting and directing employees. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, accurate transaction handling, communication and problem-solving skills, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to perform prolonged standing, cash-register operation, and lifting duties.
