Description
Primark is hiring a Department Manager to maximize department sales, manage 2 to 3 Team Managers and 10 to 30 employees, and deliver an excellent in-store customer experience. The role covers commercial planning, scheduling, planograms, coaching, hiring, rostering, performance management, absence and stock control, and loss prevention. Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree (HBO) level of education, retail-manager experience, strong communication and coaching skills, Dutch and English proficiency, and availability across different shifts. The position offers a gross salary of €4,071 per four weeks based on a 38-hour workweek, along with holiday allowance, vacation days, staff discounts, training, pension accrual, and supplementary health insurance.
