Bellaflora is hiring a Department Manager to lead a specialized retail department such as indoor plants, décor, hardgoods, nursery or garden plants, or seasonal plants. The role manages a team of approximately six employees, oversees department organization and economic development, leads and develops staff, maintains product presentation and customer experience, implements merchandising standards, consults with customers, and optimizes sales-floor processes. Candidates need several years of retail or relevant training experience, leadership experience, organizational and execution skills, customer orientation, passion for plants and sustainable business practices, and IT application skills. The position offers flexible working hours, employee benefits, and an annual gross salary starting from €35,490 plus possible performance bonuses.
