Description
The Department Manager will lead a team of approximately 10 employees in Maria Lanzendorf, report to the Air&Sea Branch Manager Vienna, and manage budget and costs. The role is responsible for existing and future key accounts, process analysis and implementation, and departmental growth. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, customer orientation, independent problem-solving, and German and English language skills; several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in ocean freight, are preferred. The gross annual salary is at least €46,831.40, with a company car, parking, mobile phone, laptop, and subsidized catering.
