The role leads and develops Sales Associates and Team Leaders, manages store standards and customer service, and supports store management and emergency responsibilities. Candidates need at least two years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, strong commercial and communication skills, and English proficiency. The stated pay range is $65,520-$80,080.
