Primark is hiring a Department Manager for its Swindon store on a full-time permanent basis, working five days out of seven. The role manages at least one department, including stock ordering and merchandising; leads a team of managers; sets sales goals; provides customer service; and may oversee the store in the absence of senior management. The position requires experienced managerial leadership, commercial thinking, fast-paced decision-making, and a proactive approach. The salary is £42,055 with 31 days of annual leave and a pension.
