Primark is hiring a Department Manager to lead a retail department, maximize sales, maintain visual and operational standards, manage stock, coordinate team tasks, provide feedback, and support a safe and efficient workplace. The role requires retail experience, ideally in high-volume environments, leadership, commercial and analytical skills, resilience, communication, empathy, and availability across Primark stores in the Lisbon metropolitan area.
