Enova is hiring a Department Manager - B2B Collections to lead the Small Business collections team across early, mid, and late-stage collections. The role manages supervisors, leads, and representatives; develops and validates collections strategies; improves workflows and productivity; coaches staff; and balances collections performance with merchant relationships. It requires at least seven years of leadership experience in consumer or B2B collections, fintech or digital-lending experience, data-driven decision-making, regulatory familiarity, and interest in AI. The position is hybrid, with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays, and offers an annual salary of $140,000 to $160,000 plus potential bonus and benefits.
