The role combines technical leadership, client development, project delivery, business development, team management, and professional representation for ODOT and local transportation agencies. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, at least 12 years of bridge engineering experience, Ohio public-sector experience, and a PE license in Ohio or the ability to obtain one. The position offers a $125,000 to $195,000 annual compensation range and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
