Department Manager, Health, Safety and Environment at O-I

O-I is hiring an Environmental, Health and Safety Director for its Montréal facility. The role leads the site’s environmental, health, and safety program, including risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, regulatory compliance, training, performance tracking, sustainability initiatives, and the annual improvement plan. The position partners with plant leadership and the North America EHS department, requires a university degree in a relevant field, 7 to 10 years of industrial or manufacturing EHS experience, strong Québec regulatory knowledge, leadership in change management and employee engagement, and French-English bilingualism.
