Description
The role leads a technical department by supervising projects, proposals, cost estimates, client presentations, business development, recruitment, training, mentoring, safety, quality, and departmental performance. It is responsible for revenue growth, staff chargeability, billing, collections, project profitability, risk management, and annual business planning. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and 10 years of practice experience, or 14 years of related experience without a degree; a master’s degree or PhD is preferred, along with previous supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and preferably certification or licensure in the field of expertise.
