Bø Municipality is hiring a Department Manager for its home care service in Bø. The role leads personnel, training, staff and service-user meetings, sick leave, HSE, budget, financial authorization, quality, legislation, staffing, shift scheduling, welfare technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The position requires registered nurse authorization, management experience or education, welfare technology experience or education, knowledge of personnel, finance, quality, and relevant legislation, along with a Class B driver’s license and good Norwegian. The start date is 01.11.26 or by agreement, with a six-month probationary period for permanent positions.
