The role supports the Department Head and OMO Leader by planning and operating department meetings, OKR/KPI management, governance, cross-functional coordination, issue prioritization, budget visibility, and continuous improvement based on Voice of Customer feedback. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, project or business operations experience, cross-functional leadership, schedule and risk management, native Japanese and business English, and familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
