Description
The Warehouse Supervisor coaches and leads warehouse employees, assigns and reviews work, conducts performance reviews and disciplinary actions, ensures safety and equipment training, maintains records, and reports accidents. The role works directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery, follows three shifts, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer and interpersonal skills, warehouse experience with forklift, packing, and measuring, and leadership ability. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, two to three years of related supervisory experience, metals-handling knowledge, first aid and CPR training, and exposure to labor relations, safety programs, ISO standards, lean practices, and sales functions.
