Description
Paradigm is hiring a Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers on deploying and operating production AI agents. The role involves understanding customer workflows and data systems, designing and deploying agents, building integrations with CRMs, document stores, data warehouses, and APIs, debugging failures, building customer relationships, and translating deployment patterns into product improvements. Candidates need a strong engineering foundation, production software experience, proficiency in a modern programming language, technical adaptability, tolerance for ambiguity, and willingness to travel. The team works five days per week in Paradigm’s San Francisco office.
