Description
Cognition is hiring a Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers and engineering teams, helping them deploy and activate AI software agents in production. The role owns the technical customer lifecycle, supports integrations, leads demos and pilots, drives product adoption, listens to customer feedback, and advocates for customer needs with the product team. It is a hybrid position in São Paulo, Brazil or Mexico City, Mexico, with relocation required for candidates based in Argentina, and requires 25–50% travel.
