Description

monday.com is hiring a Deployment Architect for its Professional Services team to lead technical discovery, design advanced AI architectures, estimate effort, support the sale of technical services, and carry complex enterprise AI deployments into delivery. The role owns architecture standards, reference patterns, security and governance, estimation models, and delivery quality, while mentoring delivery teams and advocating with Product. It is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the New York office, with up to 20% travel, and offers an estimated annual base salary of $140,000-$180,000 plus bonus, incentive, and potential equity.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 7 years as a solutions architect or forward-deployed engineer in enterprise software, including recent experience designing AI solutions for external customers.
Experience designing AI architectures involving agentic systems, LLM-based workflows, tool use, and context and retrieval design.
Experience defining AI quality measurement and maintenance in production, including evaluation, guardrails, human review, and observability.
Enterprise data architecture experience across complex technology landscapes, including ETL, migrations, and conversions.
Experience with API and event-driven integration, iPaaS, low-code platforms, custom middleware, and related standards.
Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and regular use of AI-assisted editors for prototyping and evaluating engineering approaches.
Working knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements for AI systems.
Experience estimating delivery effort and creating statements of work for AI builds, data migrations, integrations, and custom application development.
Experience conducting technical discovery and supporting the sale of technical services.
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, including written and verbal communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
Detail-oriented problem-solving and documentation skills, with the ability to manage simultaneous engagements and adapt to changing requirements.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications: BA or BS degree preferred.
