Description
GDIT is seeking a Deployment/Availability Coordinator to join their team. The role involves managing and coordinating the planning, scheduling, and successful deployment of IT systems, applications, and solutions, as well as creating, implementing, and monitoring availability management processes to ensure IT services meet and exceed agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs). The coordinator will work closely with various teams to resolve performance and availability issues and make recommendations for improving SLA reporting.
