Retell AI is hiring a Deployments Consultant in Singapore to lead customer engagements from discovery through production launch of voice AI agents. The role involves understanding customer workflows, translating requirements into AI workflows and implementation plans, configuring agents and automation, integrating systems and APIs, troubleshooting technical issues, running customer sessions, and partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. Candidates should be fluent in English and Mandarin, comfortable with APIs and technical integrations, and able to work in an ambiguous, fast-moving startup environment.
