Description
Axon is hiring a remote Deployment Engineer for Dedrone in Puerto Rico, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, Latin America. The role leads end-to-end deployments, hardware logistics, customer training, site assessments, operational workflows, vendor coordination, documentation, post-deployment monitoring, POCs, and RFP/RFI support. Candidates need 3–5 years of customer-facing deployment experience, familiarity with drone systems and IP networking, public safety experience, and the ability to travel 50% across Latin America, Central and South America, and the Caribbean. The position requires physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in elevated environments.
