Axon is hiring a fully remote Deployment Engineer to plan, design, and execute end-to-end deployments of its cloud call-handling and emergency-service platforms for public safety and 911 PSAP customers. The role includes customer training, troubleshooting, post-implementation support, architecture guidance, process improvement, and collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support. It requires a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least eight years of VoIP-related technical experience, AWS knowledge, complex project delivery experience, network infrastructure knowledge, and up to 50% travel. The starting base annual pay is $88,200 to $135,240 USD, with medical, dental, and vision plans and other benefits.
