The role includes customer implementation support, advanced technical training, troubleshooting, architecture guidance, process improvement, and collaboration with engineering, sales, customer success, and support teams. It requires at least eight years of technical experience in VoIP or related fields, AWS knowledge, complex project delivery experience, network infrastructure knowledge, and up to 50% travel. The starting base annual pay is $88,200 to $135,240 USD, with medical, dental, and vision plans and other benefits.
