Description
Axon is hiring a fully remote Deployment Engineer to plan, design, and execute end-to-end deployments of its cloud call-handling and emergency-service platforms for public safety agencies and 911 PSAPs. The role includes customer implementation support, advanced technical training, troubleshooting, architecture guidance, process improvement, and collaboration with engineering, customer success, sales, and support teams. It requires at least eight years of technical experience in VoIP or related fields, AWS knowledge, project delivery experience, network infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 50%. The starting base annual pay is $88,200 to $135,240, excluding commission, bonuses, and equity.
