Description
Base is hiring a Deployment Engineer to support the launch and scaling of utility partnerships for distributed-battery deployments. The role owns deployment operations, including operational procedures, pipeline and CRM systems, interconnection and inspection coordination, utility-partner communication, feasibility studies, troubleshooting, and handoffs between field teams and partners. Candidates should have at least three years of operations, program management, or partnerships experience, hands-on experience with mechanical or electromechanical systems, strong communication and organizational skills, and a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.
