Description
The Deployment Strategist owns end-to-end deployments for a portfolio of telli customers, taking over after sales closes a customer and leading complex voice-agent implementations from scoping and agent development through UAT, production launch, and ongoing support. The role manages pilot projects, commercial outcomes, customer relationships, integrations, workflows, training, and feedback, while building repeatable deployment playbooks. It requires more than one year of customer-facing experience, strong project and stakeholder-management skills, knowledge of AI agents, APIs, and workflows, and excellent English and German communication.
