Description
Base is hiring a Deployment Engineer (Product Launch) to move new battery hardware from prototype and pilot through full-scale deployment. The role tracks defects and rollout blockers, partners with hardware, firmware, and software engineering teams, validates fixes, maintains build records and playbooks, supports field crews during installs and service calls, and reports hardware readiness and known issues. Candidates need at least two years of hardware-adjacent technical experience, a four-year degree or equivalent hands-on experience, and familiarity with tools such as Grafana, Jira, or Retool.
