Figure is hiring a hands-on Deployment Engineer for its TeleOperation team to support robot data collection and field deployments for autonomous humanoid robots. The role focuses on troubleshooting technical blockers, performing robot commissioning and testing at customer sites, coordinating logistics for deployments to homes and apartments, and communicating site health and recurring issues to engineering and leadership. The position requires 3-5+ years of robotics or automation integration/deployment experience, an engineering degree, and frequent travel across the Bay Area and roughly 25% nationwide.
