Description
Nscale is seeking a Deployment Engineering Director to lead and scale a high-performing engineering team responsible for core platform systems used across the company. The role will drive multi-quarter platform initiatives focused on delivery velocity, system reliability, quality, and systems validation, while partnering with Product Management and engineering teams to evolve the platform and resolve complex infrastructure challenges. The position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering field, at least 10 years of systems engineering management experience, and experience in a large cloud provider or hyperscale data center environment; travel of up to 50% is required.
