TerraPower is hiring a Deployment Engineering Manager to support the Director of Deployment Engineering and establish and sustain a Deployment Engineering project office for Natrium projects. The role leads a multidisciplinary team, coordinates engineering and construction activities, manages technical issues involving equipment fabrication and construction, supports workforce planning and training, and interfaces with stakeholders including construction, procurement, licensing, regulators, utilities, and vendors. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 15 years of relevant construction, manufacturing, testing, or project management experience, with familiarity with sodium-cooled fast reactor technology desirable. It is a full-time Washington State role with a salary range of $163,423 to $217,898 and medical, vision, dental, and other benefits.
